Lazy Monk Liying on Pillow: Sit down on the floor with your legs crossed. Inhale deeply as you lie back, and exhale slowly as you sit up.
Double Hands Pushing Mountain: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Inhale as you push your hands forward, and exhale as you pull your hands back, as if you are pushing a mountain.
Wind Swinging Lotus Leaves: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Inhale as you swing your arms to the sides, and exhale as you bring your arms back to your sides, imagining you are swinging lotus leaves in the wind.
